Return / RMA Policy

Nick's Tool Shop, LLC runs an online store and online auctions through eBay.

1. All sales are final, No Returns
2. All orders through eBay are final and are not returnable
3. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable
4. Dead on Arrival (DOA) or defective material will be replaced with like product and must be reported within five business days after receipt of product
5. Items damaged in shipping must be reported within three business days, if insurance was purchased a claim will be filed with the shipper and a replacement or refund will be issued
6. In some extreme circumstances returns might be accepted and will be subject to at least a 15% restocking fee with a minimum restocking free of $5.00
