If you are the high bidder on an eBay auction, use the Buy It Now option on an eBay auction, or make a purchase in Electrosonics, Inc.'s eBay eStore then you must complete the order via Electrosonics & Nick's Tool Shop's mail order operations meaning that Electrosonics, Inc. must ship your order.

Nick's Tool Shop offers highly discount and limited time prices on eBay. eBay prices are not valid on any Nick's Tool Shop's website orders, email orders, or telephone orders. Nick's Tool Shop does not have a retail store. Payment must be made via the terms listed on the eBay auction, Nick's Tool Shop cannot accept credit cards via email or telephone for eBay purchases. All questions about products for sale on eBay must be asked via the contact seller or ask seller a question options on eBay.

• All eBay Sales are final, no returns on eBay orders
• Shipping and Handling charge is not refundable
• All Products are guaranteed 100% operational. Any DOA or defective material has to be reported within 3 days of receipt. DOA or defective material will be replaced with like product
• All Currency is in U.S. dollars ($)
• 6% Michigan Sales tax will be added to the shopping cart total, including shipping & handling, to any order shipped to a Michigan address
• All PayPal payments must be shipped to a confirmed address
• Positive Feedback will be left for a fast payment and positive transactions
• All non paying bidders will receive negative feedback
• Orders are shipped within two business days from date of payment receipt, unless otherwise stated in the auction terms
